the road went under and over many spots of the old Pichi Richi railway line still in use 

awesome landscape every where you go

                                 many lookouts to stop at

took numerous photos as usual

saw plenty of these all over the place, managed not to hit any 

longest wooden jetty in Australia at Port Germaine

and a tide clock as well

this was an awesome place to visit, was well with the steep long drive especially as I wasn't driving

 

               Wilmington on the other side of Mount Remarkable,       and more lovely buildings

another long drive to Hancocks lookout but well worth it

We had visitors while we had our picnic lunch near the homestead ruins

 Another great day spent exploring this great outback area of SA\.

It's been a great week here in Port Augusta,

leaving here tomorrow and starting to make our way back home to the cold, starting to get cold here too
