it was a very pretty park

Stopped here for coffee 75k south of Rockhampton

traffic on Bruce hwy between Bundaberg and Rocky

Great gardens with small Zoo within....free entry pretty good

 

Botanic Lagoon

Chimpanzees put on a screaming act, on they moved around pretty quick, hard to get a good shot

crocodiles not so active they didn't move at all

              do you know which is saltwater and which is fresh water?

Singing sails, the breeze flowing through the pipes make them sing.....I tried to join in but couldn't keep in tune

Back home at Kepple Sands caravan Park after a hard day out...here for 3 days whilst exploring Capricorn coast

we had beautiful fresh pineapples every day thanks to a pineapple picker who lives in this park.

leaving tomorrow 24/07/16 to Mackay for a 3 day stay there.
